We offer a Movie Matinee on the second or third Sunday of the month following our worship service and a brown bag lunch. These are Hollywood films that have a spiritual message or raise values or issues that we as Christians need to address. We do not show films for entertainment purposes (although it is a very entertaining way to talk about these issues!) but rather as part of the Christian Education curriculum of our church. Following the film, we stay to discuss the message or values in relation to our faith so that we may grow spiritually. Many of our Sunday School children attend these films as well, and so, they are always suitable for a young age group.

We also have a Bible Study on the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of the month at 7:00pm. We are currently discussing the Letter of James.

During the church season  of Lent, we offer a six-week Lenten Series on each Sunday following the worship service and a communal lunch. We have in the past consistently drawn between 30 – 35 participants, including many children.
